Project Vertical ELITE Weightroom


Project Vertical Home Edition is a GREAT program for athletes looking to add strength and power during their off-season!  This is a 12-week progressive program that does require dumbbells, barbells and traditional free weights.



Project Vertical ELITE is a GREAT program for athletes that want to take their training more seriously.  This program is a 3-phase, 3-month progressive resistance program.

This program is perfect for:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Athletes (3+ years training experience)
  • Varsity, Club or National level Athletes
  • Off-Season protocol (higher volume)

You will get:

  • Strength and stability training
  • Explosive power training
  • Jump Technique protocol
  • Warm ups and daily stretches
